Marketing Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Project execution and requests using our department software. The right candidate has skills in communication, project management, organization, and process management. In this role you will be responsible for supporting a varied list of vital activities including; strategy, Project Manager is responsible for supporting a broad combination of communications and marketing projects, business units, vendors, and consultants in the full life cycle of cross-functional complex projects. In this role you will organize, plan, and communicate on tactical communications, and marketing requests from business units, identifying integration risks, discovery and project resolution, documentation, status updates, and measuring and monitoring project status.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary focus is on supporting the Imprint project management efforts in the development and execution of all project plans encompassing resources, budgets, employee communications, intranet and portals, Websites, SEO, SEM, all channel marketing initiatives, mass and internal email services, creative services, and digital content within the Company’s major business units.

Support all teams as needed in meetings and on projects through demonstrated expertise in departmental marketing software.

Supports the Content team, Email team, Digital, and Creative Services production teams to keep projects on-schedule.

Possess knowledge and proficiency in project management skills and methodologies, tools and experience, resource management practices, and demonstrate the ability to maintain workflows.

Develop strong relationships with both internal and external partners/stakeholders – work with all functions within the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department as well as acquired marketing resources and collaborate extensively with other departments as well as external agencies and vendors.

Coordinate status reports, and report on stability of the project work effort; assemble project plans and cross-functional marketing teamwork assignments across multiple concurrent projects.

Assist with project planning, status reports to stakeholders, and cross-functional updates as needed.

Identify project risks and acceleration opportunities and escalate as needed for resolution/action.

Use all available protections to safeguard computer systems under their charge from unauthorized access. Report all suspicious requests, incidents, and situations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year College or University in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; equivalent practical experience will be seriously considered.

1+ year’s demonstrated experience with project coordination in a professional environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-
Experience as described above in the Healthcare industry is a strong plus.

Experience preferred in project planning software, i.e., MS Project, Percolate, Workfront, Kapost, BaseCamp, etc.
-
Professional Certification (PMP, Certified Scrum Master Agile Certification) or equivalent qualification desired.
